Welcome to the FCCC26 Photography Conference!

Before accessing your dashboard, we need you to review and agree to our Media Release policy. This agreement allows us to photograph and record conference activities for promotional and educational purposes.

Florida Camera Club Council 2026 Photography Conference Media Release

By agreeing to this Media Release, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography and Recording

During the conference, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken of attendees, presentations, workshops, and other conference activities. These recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

Use of Likeness

You grant the Florida Camera Club Council (FCCC) and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right and permission to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in any media format, including but not limited to:

  • Conference promotional materials
  • Social media posts and updates
  • Website content and galleries
  • Marketing and advertising materials
  • Educational resources and archives
  • Press releases and publications

No Compensation

You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of your image, likeness, or statements, and that all rights to such media belong to FCCC.

Release of Liability

You release FCCC, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims that may arise from the use of your image, likeness, or statements, including any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement.

Opt-Out Option

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded during specific sessions or activities, you may notify conference staff, and reasonable accommodations will be made. However, complete avoidance of all photography may not be possible in public conference areas.

Your Own Photography

While you may take photographs during the conference for personal use, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of presenters and not to distribute, sell, or commercially use any content from presentations without explicit permission from the presenter.
